Q1: What is the
quality checks do you have?
|
Ans:
When a project comes to us our
Project manager allocates the jobs to detailers and
they will guide them to detailing. Project manager
scheduled the drawings dispatched date and before
informed to the clients. We are having separate
checklist for each element to detail. Once the
detailing has been done the check plots are sent to
our quality controllers will check the drawing and
if there is any correction the quality controller
will return the check plots and explain the problem
to the detailer and then after incorporating the
changes the check plots were once again given a
check. Finally they will be sent to the clients
along with transmittal log record.

Q2: How is your job sent and received to us?
|
Ans:
Generally we receive all our
jobs either through FTP site where the clients were
given a separate folder and password, so that they
can upload the drawings or if the jobs are small the
drawings shall be sent as attachments with the mail
itself. We also have an account with FedEx via that
you can send the drawings in hard copies or CD’s.
However if you send the drawings through FTP/E-mail
it would be easy to handle them.

Q3: What Size
of jobs do you handle?
|
Ans:
According to nature of
concrete elements involved we are comfortable to
handle 1000 Tons per month per team. We are having
three team of detailers dedicated to our regular
clients. Those detailers are familiar to work
according to the clients needs.
We are working with more than 20 nos of projects
from the same client in the last year.

Q4: How do you
establish a rate?
|
Ans:
Heavy volume of rebar steel in the job we quote per ton
basis and light weight jobs we quote lump-sum based
on working hours.

Q5: What size
staff do you have?
|
|
Ans:
We are having one Project Manger controlling three
team of detailers and co-ordinate with detailers and
Quality controllers. Each team having one senor
detailer and two experienced detailer. Three Quality
controllers check the plots for each team. We also
release material list (bar list) from the Rebar CAD
software which compatible to aSa cad software. |

Q6: How do we
make payment? |
|
Ans:
No Advance payment refund
after the job is done and then invoice is
raised. Payment can be made via wire Tranter or via
check by mailing it to our near Delhi Office. |
